These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph885 platform and all services provided by ph885. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.

ph885 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or the provision of false information during registration, will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of wallet balance.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to maintain one (1) ph885 account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and up to date. ph885 is not responsible for any loss arising from the provision of inaccurate information, including but not limited to failed withdrawals resulting from mismatched payment details.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph885 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any third party. ph885 will never request your password via SMS, email, or chat. Any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security is your responsibility.
4.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your ph885 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ph885 support immediately via the live chat function or by email at [email protected]. ph885 will freeze the account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.
4.5 Account Transferability. ph885 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or wallet balance to another person.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph885 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash payment, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are subject to change and may vary based on your account status and verification level.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on ph885 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ph885 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon confirmation of receipt by ph885's payment processing systems.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day. ph885 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds derived from Bonus Credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. ph885 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending the completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.6 Player Funds. Player funds deposited with ph885 are held separately from ph885's operational funds. ph885 does not use player deposits for operational purposes.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All wagers placed on the ph885 platform are subject to acceptance by ph885. ph885 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed after a game event has concluded or following a system error.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on ph885. These limits are displayed in the game interface prior to placing any wager. Limits may vary by game type, table, and account status.
6.3 Insufficient Funds. Wagers may only be placed using available cleared funds in your ph885 wallet. ph885 does not offer credit facilities. Any attempted wager exceeding your wallet balance will be declined.
6.4 Live Casino Games. For live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and others), the outcome is determined by the physical result of the live game as observed by ph885's live casino system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome recorded by the dealer system is final.
6.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a wager, ph885 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to the respective player wallets. No compensation beyond the return of the voided stake is payable in such circumstances.
6.6 Sports Betting. Sports betting odds and markets offered on ph885 are subject to separate Sports Betting House Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Sports Betting House Rules with respect to a specific sports betting matter, the Sports Betting House Rules shall prevail.
7.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on ph885 are subject to individual eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms. ph885 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each promotion are set out in the promotion's individual terms and conditions, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph885 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of software errors to generate bonus credits, and coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your wallet without notice.
7.5 ph885 Right to Amend Promotions. ph885 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect any Bonus Funds already credited to a player's wallet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph885 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph885 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10.1 The ph885 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph885 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the platform's availability and reliability, ph885 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph885 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet disconnection, or system errors beyond ph885's reasonable control.
10.3 ph885's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the specific wager or transaction that gave rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph885's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph885's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 Suspension by ph885. ph885 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete required KYC verification; (d) a court order or regulatory directive requiring account suspension; or (e) any other circumstance in which ph885 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued account access poses a risk to ph885, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your ph885 account at any time by contacting ph885 support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, ph885 will process any remaining verified wallet balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) to your registered GCash or bank account within a reasonable period.
11.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon account termination — whether initiated by ph885 or the player — any Bonus Funds remaining in the wallet that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and ph885 in connection with these Terms or the ph885 platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct good-faith negotiation. 15.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
